How does load-size pricing work?
Standard pricing is based on how much space the items take up in the truck. The current load-size prices are $125 for a minimum pickup, $275 for a 1/4 load, $450 for a 1/2 load, $575 for a 3/4 load, and $695 for a full load. Special items, dense debris, difficult access, and out-of-area jobs may need separate pricing.
What photos should I send?
Send a wide photo of the full load, close-ups of unusually large or heavy items, and photos of stairs, hallways, gates, driveways, parking, or the path to the loading area. Photos are the best way to get a clearer quote.
What can I ask Wake Junk Removal to remove?
Furniture, appliances, garage and storage-area contents, move-out leftovers, office items, and other common cleanout materials are the starting point. Describe anything unusual in the form so it can be reviewed before a pickup is planned.
Do refrigerators and freezers cost more?
A disposal surcharge may apply to refrigerators and freezers. Include a photo and note the item in the form so the quote can account for it.
What happens with concrete, dirt, brick, or shingles?
Dense debris uses separate weight-based pricing. Send photos and describe the material before planning a pickup.
Do stairs or long carries affect the price?
Exceptional stairs and long carries may require additional labor. Include those details in the access notes and photos.
Do you handle office and commercial cleanouts?
Commercial office and business cleanouts can be reviewed through the commercial junk removal page. Include photos of each room, the items, and the loading path.
What happens after I submit the form?
The form sends the details and photos for review. It does not automatically book a pickup. The next step is to clarify the job, pricing, and timing.
